Oven safe up to 240°C, it has a textured base so that air can circulate around your food to ensure even, crisp cooking, and the handy corner nose is perfect for pouring away excess fat or collecting the juices to form the base of a delicious gravy. Sure-grip handles with silicone inserts make it easy to get in and out of the oven, and if you have more than one, they can be stacked for space-saving storage.
