For the price the table top feels really cheap quality. We have owned the table for 3 months now and found it scratches really easily and more concerning is the wood effect foil used to create the pattern has started to lift up at the joins. We reported the lack of quality to Next but of course were just fobbed off as “not a manufacturing fault”. I don’t think we could have been more careful with the table if we tried and yet still have these issues with lack of quality which suggests to me it’s not fit for purpose: The last table we had was a bargain basement one from a well known catalog shop and it was bullet proof compared to this. A further annoyance is the chairs don’t fit underneath at the ends. Overall, really disappointed with our purchase and won’t be shopping again at Next in the future.

Nicely finished table and great size for the family and also hosting guests. Lovely new added asset for our dining room.
